  "I started with her Class I of Wilton’s program. What a treat! Pauline Burke, the instructor, stayed by my side until I mastered the art of roses and posies. Class II a little more involved had Pauline encouraging and confirming the class’s ability to finish and be as good as a professional. Class III was my favorite as I love the fondant and the ability to create whatever my image can think up. I am getting ready for the final class four and am sadden that there is no more classes after this. Pauline is truly a dedicated, professional with a love of cake decorating that shines in her eyes when she teaches the classes."
